The rates include
The rates are “all-inclusive” and include bed linen, towels for the bathrooms and the kitchen, final cleaning of the house, taxes, water, electricity, gas, and firewood.
Coats of central heating radiators are excluded. The charge is calculated according to the consumption indicated by the meter.
Al momento della conferma di prenotazione è richiesto un acconto pari al 30% del totale, il saldo è dovuto all’arrivo.
We require our guests to leave a deposit of 300 Euros payable on arrival. This deposit is refundable upon departure (in case of damage, such costs to be incurred will be deducted from the deposit).
Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation request, the following penalties are applied:
- request received up to 8 weeks before arrival date: 50% of the total
- request received 3 to 2 before arrival date: 80% of the total
- request received less than 2 weeks before the arrival date: 100% of the total
