The Villa

A holiday to connect with the Tuscan Countryside

Agriturismo Poggio consists of a large stone farmhouse, typically Tuscan, with an adjoining large private pool.

The entire property is completely independent and guarantees its guests total privacy, ideal for families or groups of friends.

The house was recently restored by local craftsmen with great attention to detail, while maintaining the traditional atmosphere of a typical Tuscan farmhouse. The floors in old terracotta tiles, the beamed ceilings and the decor, with antique furniture in an elegant country style, return the villa to the charm of yesteryear.

The living room

From the spacious covered terrace (the Balco), ideal for outdoor dining during the summer, you have access to the main entrance of the house. Inside, the large main hall houses the sofa area in front of the stone fireplace and the dining area.

The kitchen

The kitchen, in addition to the large stone fireplace, is equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The other entrance to the house, which gives direct access to the large kitchen, can be found on the ground floor in a covered area near the old wood oven for baking bread and pizza.

The bedrooms

A stone staircase leads through the various levels of the house and leads to the first two double bedrooms, both with private baths. The corridor, with access to two other bathrooms, leads to another bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and finally to the attic, with three single beds

All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels.

The bathrooms

The villa has four bathrooms, two of which are located inside the two double bedrooms, while the other two are in the corridor that leads to the upper floor. All the bathrooms have soap and hair dryers available.
